The lasagna was hot, the lettuce crisp and the cheesecake deliciously creamy Wednesday at the hippest restaurant in Burlington -- the Hip Hop Cafe.From the bus boys to the maitre d', this restaurant is staffed by Oak Street Middle school eighth-graders.Despite the age of the staff, the food was good enough to please even the toughest critics, according to special education teacher Dianna Law. Law had the lasagna and said it was much better than the sandwich she would have otherwise eaten for lunch.
