Enjoy the parade!

Oklahoma teachers and students are, we presume, enjoying the holiday break. A group of talented high schools students -- the Oklahoma Centennial Band -- will be in Pasadena. This band of high school all stars is scheduled to be the first band in the Tournament of Roses Parade.

So, get up early and tune in the Rose Parade on New Year's Day. It's one of the biggest parades in the world, televised by nine networks, and Oklahoma high school students are leading the way.
